What time can I check in and check out?

We will give you the key to your room by 1pm on the day of your arrival. Please contact us if you are going to be late.
The room must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

 

Can I check in before my arrival at the hotel?

You can check in earlier, every day until 0.00 am. If you want to save time and run straight to the beach as soon as you arrive, you can send us a photo of your documents on WhatsApp to +39 329 4963259.

 

What happens if I arrive before the check-in time?

If your room is not ready yet, you can leave your bags at the reception and rush to the beach to sunbathe or wait at the bar.

 

Is there Wi-fi?

Wi-fi is free and covers the entire hotel (Hotel Loretta, Casa Zoffoli).

 

Is there parking?

Yes, we have an unattended and free car parking lot 50 meters from Hotel Loretta.

 

Is there air conditioning?

Yes, all rooms and flats have independently controlled hot/cold air conditioning.

 

“Casa Zoffoli” where is it located? What services does it house?

“Casa Zoffoli” is located on the same street as Hotel Loretta 50 meters away.
Here you will find double and triple rooms, chosen each year by couples or families with older children.
The outdoor area is completely renovated with a veranda and a pleasant garden. Breakfast and meals are served at Hotel Loretta’s restaurant.

 

Is take-away service from Hotel Loretta’s restaurant possible?

Yes. Upon request, we can provide you with the menu the night before to order the dishes of the day.

 

Is there a tourist tax in Cervia?

Yes, it is provided for non-residents, only for the period from May 1 to September 30.
Rates, per person per day (for the first week):
– From 1/5 to 30/9: euro 1.50 per adult

 

Can I get around easily by bus from the hotel?

There are two bus stops near Hotel Loretta within a 2-minute walk from our facility.
We will also be happy to provide you with schedules and useful information.

 

How much is the taxi fare from your hotel to Cervia Station?

The price to the station is about 11.00 euros (with a 20% increase after 10:00 p.m.).

 

What about the cab to the center of Milano Marittima?

The cab fare to the center of Milano Marittima is about 15.00 euros (with a 20% increase after 10:00 p.m.).

 

How far is Mirabilandia from Hotel Loretta?

Mirabilandia is 14 kilometers from our hotel.

 

Until what time is the front desk open at Hotel Loretta?

We are present at the hotel until 0:00 am. You can check back in on your own with the back door code we provide when you check in.

 

I read on the website that you make cakes, bread and pizza with sourdough. Is that true?

Yes, exactly, for 3 years now. We are certified by the label “FIGLI DI PASTA MADRE VIVA” (FDP) and are happy to share a piece of Mother’s Yeast with you. Let us know the day before your departure so we can provide refreshment.

 

Does Hotel Loretta provide bicycles for guests?

Yes, bicycles are available for a small additional charge.
